Construction-related disputes are one of the Firm’s strengths, having experience in both prosecuting and defending claims filed in state and federal courts as well as arbitrations. We routinely provide construction contract review and client representation in construction-related disputes. Typical issues involve non-payment, extra work or change orders, constructive changes, delay, acceleration, defective work, differing site conditions, termination, suspension, liens and bond claims.
