David Scott Bass has a varied practice, working in areas of commercial litigation, risk management and avoidance, transactions and sales, and regulatory compliance. He has wide experience in serving his construction and pharmacy clients, including multi-state contract drafting, review and negotiations, judgment enforcement, litigation/arbitration, asset and stock sale assistance, insurance review and dispute resolution, and state and federal agency investigation and discipline representation.
Mr. Bass earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in May of 2011, and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia that same year. While pursuing his J.D., Mr. Bass served as a summer associate with the firm in 2009 and 2010, and served the Office of the District Attorney of the Piedmont Circuit prosecuting cases under the Third-Year Practice Act in 2010. Prior to his legal education, Mr. Bass graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2007, with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy. Mr. Bass is originally from Winder, Georgia, and currently resides in Marietta with his wife, Sylvia, and six children. He and his family are members at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
