Employment

The Firm advises clients on training, investigating, and responding to employment discrimination claims. It defends charges of discrimination brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and defends employers in arbitrations and lawsuits asserting claims of employment discrimination. The Firm also advises clients on the drafting and enforcement of non-competition covenants.
