The Firm handles a broad range of disputes from pre-suit through trial and appeal arising from the varied business ventures of its clients, working closely with in-house, corporate counsel to ascertain and meet the client’s overall business objective. The Firm’s goal in litigation is to achieve the best result for the client as quickly and economically as possible. We perform early case evaluations and we discuss available options and possible outcomes with clients to assure the best representation for the client. We continually re-assess and discuss developments with clients as cases proceed. Where appropriate, the Firm develops alternative billing arrangements specifically tailored to a particular matter.
